Go beyond the homepage. Understand their products, their place in the market, and their culture. Know how they talk about themselves — and be ready to speak their language when you explain how you’ll add value.

Know Who You’re Meeting

Ask ahead of time who will be interviewing you. Look them up on LinkedIn. Check their role, background, even recent posts or shared articles. Understanding their perspective helps you connect more naturally during the conversation.

Dress the Part

Your appearance should reflect the culture and show respect for the opportunity. Aim for polished, not flashy. If you’re unsure, overdressing is safer than underdressing. And yes — remove gum and sunglasses before you walk in.
